DVV Solutions renews Cyber Essentials accreditation for 3rd consecutive year

Third year of Cyber Essentials accreditation for Third Party Risk experts

DVV Solutions, leading experts in Third Party Risk Management, are proud to confirm is has been ceDVV Solutions Cyber Essentialsrtified to the UK Government’s Cyber Essentials Scheme for the 3rd consecutive year.

In conjunction with the Information Assurance for Small & Medium Enterprises (IASME) and the Information Security Forum (ISF), the UK Government developed Cyber Essentials saying that they required those organisations bidding for contracts handling sensitive/personal information to be certified on the scheme.

Certification demonstrates an organisation’s ability to mitigate risk and reduce vulnerability from cyber attacks not only providing a degree of peace of mind for the certified organisation but the very same down the supply chain. The Cyber Essentials Scheme offers a core set of security controls within a standardised assurance framework and is backed by industry including the Federation of Small Businesses and the Confederation of British Industry(CBI).

Sean O’Brien, DVV Solutions Managing Director commented on the achievement: “We are delighted with the renewal of our accreditation. We think it’s particularly important to demonstrate to our customers that we practice what we preach. Data Security is our area of expertise; demonstrating that we abide by a given level of risk mitigation is essential in maintaining and building trust with our customers.  We are now listed on the QG Management Standards website as a certified company and can continue to work with both our Public and Private sector with an improved level of assurance.”
