Remote Working Strategy to Support our Staff and Customers

In response to the latest guidance from the British Government and NHS regarding COVID-19, DVV Solutions have, like many businesses, activated our remote working strategy across the organisation. We have taken this decision primarily in the interests of ensuring the safety of our employees and their families. At the same time, we remain focused on delivering the highest levels of service and support to our Customers.

Our managed services are ordinarily provided by a team of office-based and remote IT Security Assurance Consultants who, despite the current situation, will be able to continue delivering our managed services with minimal disruption.

Our policies and practices are designed to have the flexibility to adapt to changes in working patterns and Customer requirements, including the capability to deliver “on-site” assessments and verifications using remote working technologies. As such, our team have been provided the necessary remote worker training in line with robust control standards to remain fully operational.

Our remote working infrastructure is built on a secure and robust backbone of cloud-based services, and all employees are equipped to work efficiently and securely – both inside and outside the office. Customer and Supplier/Third-Party data and risk assessment content remains secure in Microsoft Azure and does not leave this environment.
